Tactical Training is a performance-focused program designed to help you build the skills and fitness needed for The Tactical Games Skirmishes and Regional Events. Our training blends conditioning with odd object movements, such as sand bags, farmers carries, axle bars, etc. Most often, athletes will be faced with more than one workout each class, learning to adjust to the volume of a competition.

Olympic Weightlifting (Barbell Club) is a coach-led program focused on building strong, technical lifts — the snatch and clean & jerk.
Our classes teach the fundamentals of Olympic lifting step by step, with an emphasis on safe technique, solid positions, and progressive training. You’ll learn how to move efficiently under load, develop power through key accessory work, and build confidence through structured coaching and clear progression.
Whether you’re completely new to barbell training or you’ve lifted before, the Barbell Club is designed to meet you where you are and help you improve—one rep, one session, and one milestone at a time. This dual program is trained together because an athlete can easily transfer the skill set from one to the other. While both are strength focused sports that will increase muscle mass, strength, and power; Powerlifting focuses on three main lifts: back squat, bench press, and deadlift while Strongman tests a competitor's strength in various, non-traditional ways.
