"It's awesome to encourage someone to push hard and be better - then see them do it! That's why I coach." He loves coaching Fridays where CrossFit Raidho likes to incorporate strongman and tactical movements into the programming. Jamie has been doing CrossFit for over 11 years now. She was first drawn to the sport when a close friend opened a gym in her native Washington state. She was instantly hooked afer her first class. Jamie comes from a competitive background in multiple figure competitions, sprint triathlons, and kickboxing, so joining CrossFit was a no brainer.
