CrossFit is the performance of constantly varied functional movements at a high intensity. In other words, we participate in different workouts everyday that are all similar to movements that are used in your everyday life. The intensity levels are adjusted to each individual so that they are challenging, yet safe!

CrossFit Raidho is a base for movement; where people come for support through their life's journey focusing not on the stops, but on the journey as a whole. Knowledgeable coaches provide a safe environment and create opportunities to each individual to grow into new habits. Together, through the power of actions, we will start down a new passage toward growth, self control, determination, and persistence.
RAIDHO: JOURNEY
Raidho is a viking rune representing the human path through movement with the idea of leading by examples and using the power of actions. Raidho is about the importance of life's journey as a whole, rather than focusing on the stops.

Our tactical programming provides insight of the physical demands that you will encounter while competing at The Tactical Games. Anything from rucking with 20+ pounds, to lifting and throwing sandbags, to working with the axle bar for different movements.

Clint Garner!
Clint has been a member of CrossFit Raidho since January of this year. Since joining, he has been one of our most consistent members to our 6a CF class. He may be quiet at first, but he will be the first one to welcome new members into the gym and helping them throughout the workout. He is a great example of what hard work looks like!

“Back in 2014, I was invited by some very fit brother's in law to go backpacking with them in Yosemite. I was in no shape to do that and I didn’t want to be an anchor on the trip. My wife had been going to Build up CrossFit, so I decided to give it a try to get ready for Yosemite. Since then, I've pretty consistently gone five days a week at 6 am. I have a couple of motivators that keep me coming every day. First, I have a sit-down job and besides my one hour at CrossFit, I’m sitting at a desk most of the day. Starting my day with a workout helps with my mental health as much as my physical health. As I get older, it's important to me to stay active and mobile. I love knowing that I could go backpacking or hiking at a moment's notice without having to worry if I can physically do it. I don’t know if I have a favorite movement… I like power cleans and deadlifts. As far as workouts go, I like long chippers- it gives me a sense of accomplishment grinding through a long workout. I hate Turkish get-ups, glad those don’t get programed very often.”
